The Wheel of the Year is a living entity that contains many lessons for grounding into our inner wisdom as the seasons change.

2025 is already rearing it’s head as a truly revolutionary year, filled with many unknown challenges and possibilities. I’d love to welcome you to connect with the Wheel of the Year in your body through a series of lessons, writing prompts, guided breathwork, and community reflection sessions.

When the world feels like it is spinning and changing far too fast, it is deeply helpful to connect with the ancient stories and energies of the changing seasons. This membership will guide you on a self-paced journey that attunes your body to the solstices, equinoxes, elements, astrological transits, & human design micro-seasons, which are based on wisdom from the I’Ching, the ancient Chinese Book of Changes. Learn about the wisdom of the seasons passed down by ancestors from across the globe, not just in your mind, but in your body too.
